Makati

Krunoslav and Melissa | St. John Bosco Parish Church, Makati Wedding

Kruno and Mel’s (2nd) Wedding is more of a cultural experience than anything else – yes, it’s their second wedding (because two is better than one), since they got married in Croatia, prior to getting married here in the Philippines. This wedding, showed Kruno how we Pinoys do weddings – how families reunite, how traditions of Filipino Weddings are and how a Filipina Bride gets to party!

Christian and Nikki | Filling Station x Poblacion, Makati Engagement Session

Christian and Nikki had us as their FOURTH CHOICE for their Photo and Video Supplier. We’re not really the 1st choice type, we know, mainly because of our shooting style. Christian and Nikki’s first choice was no longer available to shoot their wedding, ad they ended up with us, because of – you guesed it – the blog post about “How to Prepare for an Engagament Session?”, which I wrote. They’re the hands-on type of couple who really are into planning everything, and who are really looking forward to something different. Also, as per Nikki: “Mas magaan po kayo kausap kesa don sa 1st choice ko.”

Malate and Makati are totally close to our hearts since we wanted to shoot a neon-lit pre-wedding. Christian and Nikki made our dream come true, making us realize that our dreams are on their way to becoming a reality, with the help of the right people around us.

Fernando and Karen | Makati City Engagement Session

Fernando was working with a Manpower Agency in Makati, when they had an opening for an external job position, which Karen applied to. It was love at first sight – after Karen’s interview, Fernando then talked to his colleague about referring Karen to an internal job position instead, of course, with a little token – The 500 Php Starbucks Gift Certificate – a normal case of men, finding ways. Smooth, right? Karen got the job, and the rest was history.

Dustin and Vien | Makati Civil Wedding

Vien is the sister of our onsite photo editor, Victoria. We got to know Dustin when he drove for our team in one of our Tagaytay weddings. When we got news about their plans of getting married, me and my wife got really excited. It’s really an honor and a pleasure shooting for our dear friends, and nothing can ever replace being trusted to tell their wedding story, no matter how simple or complex they may be.
